How to Get Sticker Off Car Window
Method- 1: Apply a Layer of Cooking Oil to The Sticker
Leave the oil to soak in for a few minutes, and then use a cloth or sponge to wipe it off. The sticker should peel off easily with this method.
If the cooking oil doesn’t work, you can also try using other methods below:
Method- 2: Window Cleaner
Spray the window cleaner well on the area of your car window where the sticker is affixed. At this stage, chip the sticker with a razor blade and slowly pull it up, repeating the process until the whole sticker is fully removed. And then clean the car window.
Method- 3: Use Alcohol
Another nice and easy solution to removing stickers from car windows is to use alcohol. Apply a few drops of alcohol well on the sticker, and wait a few minutes. Then slowly remove the sticker from the window. If necessary you can use a razor.
Method- 4: Use WD-40
The WD-40 is an easy and reliable way to remove stickers from car windows. Collect a WD-40 spray and spray WD-40 on the sticker.
Wait a while after spraying well. Now, use a cotton cloth to remove the stickers. Repeat the process until the sticker is fully removed.
Method- 5: Use Ice
A home remedy for stickers is to apply ice. Take the ice pack and hold it on the sticker for some time. Holding the ice pack will soften the glue of the sticker. At this stage remove the sticker with the help of a razor.
Method- 6. Baking Soda
Baking soda is a wonderful way to remove stickers. Baking soda is non-toxic and completely safe for window use. To remove the sticker from the car window, make a mixture of baking soda with half a cup of cooking oil.
When the mixture is well mixed, rub it on the sticker with the help of a cotton swab. And wait a while after applying well. At this stage, you can use a plastic card or razor blade to remove the sticker.
Remember, baking soda should not be used if your car glass is Colored.
